Schaeffler Showcases Maintenance Innovations at Underhåll 2026

Industrial maintenance managers and production engineers are increasingly seeking integrated solutions that extend machine service life while reducing unplanned downtime. Schaeffler AG will present its latest innovations at Underhåll 2026, held March 10–13, 2026, in Gothenburg. The company will exhibit in stand B02:42.

The presentation reflects Schaeffler’s continued development of system-oriented solutions across condition monitoring, lubrication, bearing housings and linear motion technologies.

Industrial Lifetime Solutions and FAG OPTIME C4
Schaeffler’s Lifetime Solutions portfolio has evolved from individual service products into a comprehensive range of industrial maintenance solutions. The concept “Keep your machines rolling” addresses maintenance requirements across the entire machine lifecycle.

At Underhåll, Schaeffler will present the OPTIME ecosystem for condition monitoring and smart lubrication, including the newly introduced FAG OPTIME C4. The smart lubrication unit enables multiple lubrication points to be supplied simultaneously and offers increased lubricant storage capacity.

High outlet pressure and a larger reservoir volume provide greater flexibility in maintenance planning. In combination with the OPTIME app, the system helps prevent incorrect lubrication and supports reliable machine operation. This expands application possibilities for predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.

SES housing series
The SES housing series represents a new generation of bearing housings. Through systematic refinement of established FAG housing designs, Schaeffler has optimized load distribution between bearing geometry and housing geometry under operational loads.

This interaction improves bearing operating conditions and contributes to extended service life. The SES range is part of Schaeffler’s broader portfolio of housings and housed bearing units designed for industrial machinery and equipment.

Linear guidance systems for precision motion
Schaeffler’s monorail guidance systems are mechanical components designed for precise linear motion in industrial applications. Each system consists of a steel guide rail and a carriage that moves along the rail with minimal play.

These systems provide smooth, backlash-free motion and are commonly used in industrial automation, robotics and complex machinery manufacturing. Benefits include high load capacity, wear resistance and long operating life.

At the exhibition, Schaeffler will present the RUE, KUVE, KUSE-XL and KLLT product series, covering a wide range of linear motion requirements.
