In order to facilitate decision-making, it also needed to provide efficient data flow. Given its objectives, the technical requirements demanded by Artikon Machinery included support for G-code processing; a real-time HMI interface and program management; the elimination of manual file loading; centralised control and data visibility; and high levels of compatibility and optimal performance. Since the long-term implementation began two years ago, 25 devices have already been replaced - with only five still to be transitioned – demonstrating the compatibility of Delta’s solutions, and their device-to device interoperability. This rapid deployment has seen Artikon Machinery enjoy a rapid return on investment.
