REDEX ANDANTEX engineers are going one step further, introducing in the machine tool industry a new gear finishing technology (HQ-GF) that allows a high-reversibility, less noise and above all a decrease of more than 15% of power losses*. Thousands of kWH saved over a machine lifetime!
This technology was co-developed with the Swiss company Fässler S.A. well known for its honing machines that have revolutionized automotive gearbox production and increased car performances.
Gearboxes supplied by REDEX ANDANTEX to DMG are using this High Quality Gear Finishing technology, giving for instance, the DMG-DMU600, one of the best energy performance rating in its class. This technology is available on the whole KRP range including KRP6, the largest low-backlash planetary reducer available on the machine-tool market.
