Delta, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, today announced the publication of its second voluntary Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Covering financial year 2025, the report aligns with the simplified European Sustainability Reporting Standards adopted in July 2026. While mandatory CSRD reporting is expected to begin in financial year 2027, Delta continues to report voluntarily ahead of regulatory requirements, demonstrating its commitment to transparency, strong ESG governance, and long-term value creation beyond compliance.
“Transparency is not the destination. It is the foundation for better decisions and greater impact,” said Jesse Chou, Chief Sustainability Officer of Delta. “Our ambition extends beyond regulatory compliance. We view sustainability reporting as a strategic tool to support better decision-making, strengthen governance, and create more meaningful engagement with our stakeholders.”
“The technologies shaping tomorrow must also help build a more resilient and sustainable world,” said Dalip Sharma, President for the Delta EMEA Region. “By integrating sustainability into innovation, operations, and customer solutions, Delta creates innovative and comprehensive energy-saving solutions that not only advance progress, but also contribute to a more sustainable future.”
Beyond regulatory reporting, the report provides customers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders with transparent insights into Delta's sustainability performance and long-term ESG strategy.
The report reflects Delta’s continued progress across key material topics identified through its double materiality assessment, including climate change, biodiversity, circular economy, our workforce, workers in the value chain, and business conduct. Biodiversity is included as a dedicated reporting topic for the first time, reflecting the continued evolution and maturity of Delta’s sustainability management and reporting approach.
During 2025, Delta made significant progress in integrating its CSRD reporting with the double materiality assessment used for its Corporate ESG Report, as well as existing data collection and reporting processes. This integration has helped strengthen consistency and efficiency across Delta's sustainability reporting and management. At the same time, as the European Sustainability Reporting framework continues to evolve, Delta has remained adaptable, continuously assessing and refining its approach to meet evolving requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Looking ahead, Delta plans to further integrate its ESRS-based CSRD Report and Corporate ESG Report, prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards, into a single, unified sustainability report. At the same time, Delta will continue to advance its sustainability strategy and performance beyond regulatory requirements.
