Armel Fourreau succeeds Damien Rossignon as Chairman of Alliance Electronics

On the occasion of this change, which took place on January 1st, 2026, Armel Fourreau said, "I am honored to be appointed Chairman of Alliance Electronics, and I would like to express my gratitude to Damien for instilling a DNA of growth and innovation that has enabled the company to grow from 16 employees in 1998 to more than 1,100 today. Damien Rossignon concludes, “This transition is the beginning of a new chapter for Alliance. I have every confidence in Armel's ability to steer this ambitious course. Armel Fourreau, 44, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées. After starting his career in finance (HSBC in London), strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and then entrepreneurship, he joined Proto-Electronics in 2019, before being appointed CEO of Alliance Electronics when the group was created in 2021.
