From 12th to 13th November 2025, Panasonic Industry exhibited at the 25th edition of Precision Fair at the Brabanthallen in s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Visitors to Panasonic Industry's stand H6-216 were able to learn more about Panasonic Industry's Japanese craftsmanship and high-tech customisation in the high-precision range.
Since 1971, our Fibre Sensor Mother Factory has been located on Kyushu, Japan's "Silicon Island." From this site, Panasonic Industry develops tailor-made sensors for the most demanding semiconductor and high-tech applications.
At the booth:
- Live demos: wafer detection, notch detection, alignment, ESD counter measures
- Sensors for extreme conditions: high temperatures, chemical resistance, vacuum compatibility
- HL-G2 sensors: contactless measurements with up to 0.5 µm precision
- Safety components: RFID door switches with enhanced visibility
- Compact sensors and servo solutions for cleanrooms and robotics
- Opportunity to discuss the latest innovation with Panasonic Industry experts
Featured: MINAS A7 & A5M Servo Systems
- AI-powered auto-tuning, ultra-fast response, and miniature designs
- Ideal for spin coaters, dicers, bonders, and inspection systems
